Poor service

I am extremely disappointed and appalled at the extremely poor service I am receiving from Dollar Thrifty around my refund. I rented a vehicle and returned it on 02.08.2021, It's been thrown back in my face to constantly be the one to follow up on my rental deposit refund via email. From the Hatfield branch to head office, no one is taking accountability. I have sent emails to their managers and no one responds.
