Poor service

I am not happy with the service I received from this car rental company. They gave me a car that I didn't ask for in the initial quote. If that wasn't enough I have spent the pass week and half calling trying to get my holding deposit back all I ever get is that in the next 24 hours it should be in my account. I am never renting a car from this company, if you are providing a service. Your customers satisfaction is very important.
