Poor service

I have been attempting to get refunding for my deposit for the past 4 weeks. I hired a vehicle with Thrifty on the 14 of January 2022 and I returned the vehicle on 21 January 2022. Since then each time I enquire about my money ,I am just sent from pillar to post.

I have been calling the call centre and each time when I call for feedback, it seems as if I am starting the process afresh.

I've used other car rental companies before and the most I have waited for a deposit release has been 7 days.
