Poor service and customer care

The service there is very poor. My sister and I hired a car at their East London branch and when we went to collect we saw that one of the tyres was not in good condition. We raised this concern and were told that according to the company policy the thread is still safe at 3mm. We requested that because we feel unsafe can they please change the wheel. The warehouse manager refused flat out. One of the warehouse guys said to us "take a risk and take the car nothing will happen" We asked for another car, they said they do not have an automatic available. It was basically an attitude of "take it or leave it, we don't care" . We took the car because we needed to travel with it and we returned it the following Monday. Now they are delaying with returning the deposit to my sister Miss N.P. Hewana.
