Poor Service

This Company especially the Durban City Branch are the biggest *****s. My husband have endless problems with them deducting unauthorized payments, giving us broken or damaged vehicles and when they come to exchange the vehicles they charge us for fuel and for broken or problematic vehicles that we phoned and reported and we are having endless problems with them returning our holding down deposits. The Branch Manager made numerous mistakes with my Husbands rentals, the they penalize him for that and without notice they deducting the monies from his account. We previously used our business account to hire and they gave all sort of stories that the holding down deposit was just held and we must check that the balances never changed and it was difficult to keep track as there was constantly movement in our account. We change the accounts to my husbands personal account and since May we have been renting round about 7 times and so far only 2 Hold down deposits returned to his account, when we phoned they told us that we must follow up with our bank. My husband have been to the Durban Branch City Branch and King Shaka Branch to notify them about these issues but they just tell him every time that they will look into, just for them to do nothing about this and we have to do all the follow ups. This Company is really giving other rental companies a bad name out there. Please be aware of this Company.
