Poor service

Poor service .. I was meant to collect my car from thrifty Port Elizabeth airport today however they made me come back due to the car not being ready ..the incompetence and rudeness of the staff as well really put me off ..it just so happened that we landed in PE two days prior to collection of the vehicle , however if I had to land today that would have meant that I would have waited after my flight for the car to be ready …. The idea is to provide service and if you know a person is collecting a car on a specific date make them aware if there are any delays The caused me inconvenience in my entire day as I had to go and come back to collect the vehicle

What mainly put me off was the rudeness and frustrated behaviour portrayed by the staff in PE I always hire cars from thrifty and never had issues prior but PE branch needs to up their game
