Poor service

Good morning. I recently hired a vehicle with thrift via your rental agent and thank you for the service you offered. Just unhappy with how Thrifty is handling my situation I hire a car my reservation number ***7 issued by Reyni from the 4-9 I booked the the car out and from 4 till 5 February till today I have not received the holding deposit that the hold. I have tried several time with out any success to inquire about my refund with no luck. Thrifty told me I must speak to my bank to release the funds. I went to my bank and they told me the is no deposited refund on my account. A lady named Mellisa working at Deposit department told me I must ask my bank to to me a Recon I could understand what she meant, but overall I ended up going to the bank asking for this “Recon” the bank told me why should I be paying for a Recon fee whereby it is not responsible because the funds were not available on my account it’s Thrifty that should be giving my money back not me paying the bank in order to receive my money I felt ****** by Thrifty whereby I have to struggle to receive my deposit that they took. The only refund I receive was an amount of R322.04 on the 17 February because I wasn’t charged the other days that I didn’t use the car. Your assistance in this matter will be highly appreciated. Please advise from the what steps I should take in order for the matter to be resolved.
