Poor service

Extreme week service. I had to pay R5000 deposit to buy a specific vehicle from them. After 2 weeks i could only see the vehicle. On taking the vehicle for test drive several things were wrong. The vehicle passed roadworthy and yet the list of things still not right. Eventually i had to go back and ask the sales guy to deliver. He went on leave and i still waited. Eventually i cancelled the deal and asked for the refund of the deposit after 8 weeks still no payment prommisses being made i went back this morning and now suddenly the person to release the refund is not available. Again i waited for an hour still nothing. My temper totally passed the danger zone telling the entire showroom how useless they are. What do i do to het refunded?
