POOR SERVICE

So my first time booking a car rental with Thrifty Car Rental was the worst experience ever. I am in the same industry and the way you treat your clients I would definitely not use your company again. From collection of the vehicle at the JNB Airport where your online booking says all confirmed zero balance , upon arrival to be told the online site is not correct. Then after almost 2 months you are still holding my credit card with the funds. After speaking to numerous people that is not able to give me a answer and promising to call me back over a few days. By now i was highly irritated with no feedback. Ladies promising to give feedback , only for a Isabelle to advise me she is busy and had numerous and therefore could n't return my call. So I am in the tourism in industry and would never advise a client i am too busy for them in a highly irritated voice,no way to deal with clients and I will inform people about the type of service your company portray.
