Poor seevice

Reservations ***1 & ***7 it’s beikg almost a month now with no assistance from the I try calling several times no one is willing to assist. I asked them to send a cancellation form to my bank as it is required in order to release my funds. I don’t know what to do with them anymore. Please advise.
