Poor customer care and incompetence of the assistants

They lack customer care. I rented a car on 26 January 2022 in Port Elizabeth.l, paid everything including my deposit. I was told that the deposit will be refunded within 14 days after returning the car. I am reaching one month and my refund has not been paid back. I called several times but the assistance keeps telling me that it was long approved, we dnt know why its not paid out. I sent emails and was told that customer care will contact you but no one contacted me. On 22 February 2022, I asked for the manager and the assistance told me that she can not give me the direct contact of the manager. She gave me a **** email address.

Thats how bad they deal with my case. They don't care these people.
