Poor Client service
Rental *** after I write a review about my Deposit I havnt reveived Thrifty send message to investigate it and will come back to me Nobody come back to me about my deposit to pay back into my account Today I phone 4 times and said they will come back to me It is now 16h30 nobody come back to me. It is my first time I experience bad client service from Thrifty Please solve my problem Thrifty . Please phone me ***

Please be advised that Thrifty Car Rental requests the release of deposits within 24 hours of the vehicles return there after the release is facilitated by the respective banks. The bank has confirmed that the deposit has been released. Ref for the call:RF***. There is no notification or transaction when the deposit is released, as the deposit is held within your account the available balance will increase by the amount released.
Should your require further assistance kindly contact your bank directly as they will not disclose any further information to us for security reasons.
