Poor attitude & ******* advert and refusal refund
I rented from Thrifty Lanseria,<br> <br> Booked a promo option, and selected Super Waiver which is also inclusive of unlimited KM in other rentals.<br> <br> On their site, they even state, 3 day rental, one can get unlimited KM.<br> <br> I get billed 4 x my rental, post return, because apparently i didn't request it. I did and confirmed it verbally as well as why would i want to incur extra costs? <br> <br> They refused to refund, rude managers, and terrible service. <br> <br> Avoid.
