Please do not use Thrifty car rental as their service is terrible!!!

We have rented a Vehicle from them this past weekend.

When we collected the Vito bus the fuel was not on full and the vehicle was full of marks and even the number plate was dented in. All the wheel covers were scratched. And the car was dirty and full of dust inside. The door kept creaking as we drove, it was so irritating that I had to turn up the music. ON our way back to JHB the aircon started making a screaming noise. To top everything off, the plug on the car for the trailer was not standard and we had to go without the trailer. I am so unhappy.

I have booked another car with Thrifty for the end of November and really cannot see driving my family in a vehicle in this condition again.
