Petrol overcharge
<p>I have been charged for extra fuel numerous times, the last time I made sure the tank was 100% full. It is always about 4 litres, it leads me to believe that either Thrifty is ******* themselves or an employee is filling up on the customer's expense. Thrifty refuse to believe me, I have now moved my business elsewhere.</p>

We refer to the amount of fuel that you were charged to as a top up fuel charge as it is a 4L vehicle. The reason the fuel charges stand as charged is because the petrol stations do not always fill the car up completely, so when we send the car for refueling, there is additional fuel that is required.
This would be the reason for the extra charge. We hope this makes sense.
