People acting as attorneys for Thrifty Car Rental

Good Day, I received a disturbing phone call this morning from people acting as attorneys for Thrifty stating that I apparently owe Thrifty money from 2018. I have a few concerns: You have my credit card details, so how is it possible that I get a phone call after 2 years? I need dates and times of the rental ? Why am I being contacted during a pandemic when I am not working asking for money from 2 years ago. I would like complete details of who/when and how the rental occurred and how am I owing money if you have my banking details and credit card details. Why has nobody from Thrifty contacted me in more than 2 years via phone or email ?
