Pay me back !

Please give me back my deposit ! <br> Over a week that I have been waiting phoned in multiple times Every Time i'm told someone will contact me back but it never happens<br> Poor service<br> I even had trouble getting the car in the first place as I booked it for pick up at 18:00 at randburg once I showed up at 17:30 for collection I was told by the security guard that they closed at 17:00 and there is no one to help me <br> (why confirm my booking for 18:00 then? )<br> I had to pay for a cab ride to go to OR tambo to pick up<br> I also ended up using more KM\s and had to pay in due to having to drive further because of your fault<br> You also quickly deducted the money for the extra KM's but you cant pay me back my deposit this is absolutely poor service<br> Im rather dissapointed<br> reservation: ***"
