Pay back the money

We rented a car on the 24th of September and returned it on the 1st Of Oct to date we are still waiting for our refund. Was told by Wednesday the latest it is now Friday today when we were called we were told about 14 days. The Consultant that assisted initially when the car was hired was very friendly, polite and professional as for the rest of the people we have been talking to Need To re-train they all told us what they think is right and that is bad customer service.
