PATHETIC SERVICE FROM THRIFTY

I would caution anyone from renting a car from Thrifty. In order to book their vehicle, one is expected to immediately pay at least 25% of the rental amount. It has happened to me that 90% of the times the booking is not confirmed but the money went out of my account. When I get to the branch today, they did not have vehicles and told me that I have to wait 7 days for a refund. I decided to wait for a vehicle and 2 hits down the line no one is able to give me an indication of when will I get the car. Service at THRIFTY is PATHETIC
