Pathetic Service from a company who's staff do not know what they are doing

This company claims that I should pay out of my credit card excess hold for an extra day because I took the car earlier than agreed upon.

This is nonsense as the time they claim I took the car, I was still on the airplane on my way to the airport! This is pathetic and nobody is getting back to me after I escalated the matter to the agent, client services and the call center.
