PATHETIC SERVICE ESPECIALLY FROM THERESHA AT RANDBURG BRANCH!!!

I would not advise anyone to use their service. I have reserved a vehicle 3 months in advance and paid over R10k for 8 days. The vehicle handed over to me had close to slick tyres, a rattling door panel, most inside panels were loose and broken, the floor was slippery with all the silicone on it (no mats provided) and to top it all off, the brake light wasn't working. When I spoke to the branch they agreed to change the vehicle for me but then still charged me for fuel used to my home and back to their office to do the swop (a charge not discussed with me). When I queried this with the branch THERESHA decided to speak to me in a rude manner basically telling me to be happy that they changed the car and there wasn't a problem with the previous vehicle until I took it. She is the reason myself, family and friends will never use thrifty ever again.
