Pathetic service at the Durban Dollar Thrifty Car Rental

The Durban Dollar Thrifty Car Rental’s service is pathetic. We booked a car months back and they said we will get it. When we get here they tell us all of those cars are rented out and now we are forced to take a 5 seater car but we are 7. They are giving us stories of how they can’t guarantee us getting the car when we get here but when we booked they omitted that kind of information.
