PATHETIC SERVICE AND THE STAFF IS FULL OF ATTITUDE

a bit irritated by the service received at one of your Durban City branches, I booked the car for 9am pick up with a 2nd driver option going Lesotho, and I am the primary driver, on our arrival at the branch I dealt with Kresenda or Kasandra, who advised me my passport was required as well even though the 2nd driver had his and nowhere on the booking confirmation it mentioned that both passports are required, we had to go back and fetch my passport, came back for the 2nd time and same lady told me she has to send our documents to head office for cross boarder letter approval, we waited for 30 minutes and she said the head office declined it on basis that the signature for 2nd driver is different from his drivers license and passport, both these documents were signed in different years obviously they wont look the same, I would have understood if the decline is based on ******** record reasons or credit check, or even my signature as the primary driver as I was going to do the payment. It seems that they go out of their way to not to assist customer. Pathetic service really, I would not recommend them to anyone.
