After holding on for 20min, and being told for 10 of them that I was number one somebody eventually picked up. After I told him that I would like to confirm my booking for my rental in OR Thambo, he said I will have to speak to them, and transfered me, after holding on for another 10min the call dropped. I phoned back, after 30min and after being number one for about 20min the call dropped again. I then phoned back again, after 10min somebody picked up, I told this person that I dont want to be transfered or put on hold again, this arogant piece of **** just put me on hold and then dropped the call.

Is this how you train your staff??!!!

Or if you have staff that has an attitude like this, get rid of the lot and employ new people. Surely with the amount of people that lost their jobs, this will be an easy task.
