Pathetic service

So disappointed in this car rental service, first they say the deposit is only reserved on your credit card but when its time to refund its a problem. I am waiting for more than a month now for my refund and I cant rent another car till my refund is reversed. compared to all other car rental companies I will most definitely not recommend them to anyone of my business clients!
