Pathetic Service!!!
<p>Before renting a vehicle on my business trip to Bloemfontein I was told by the con****ant at Dollar Thrifty Car Rental Bram Fischer Airport branch that my deposit will be released immediately when I return the vehicle. Firstly the consultant arrived half an hour late and this made me miss my flight and now I have to wait 6 hours for the night flight to JHB and this will have a tremendous impact on the business and meetings I had to attemd this will have a financial impact on me due to poor customer service amd incompetance.</p>

On behalf of Dollar Thrifty Car Rental, we would like to apologize most sincerely for the unpleasant incident that occurred pertaining to you missing your flight and the incompetence you experienced with regards to your booking at Bram Fischer Airport. We can assure you that this is not indicative of our level and standard of service something we pride ourselves in.
We'd also like to advise that you were unfortunately were mis-informed with regards to the time that it takes for our customers to receive back their deposits. The deposit release time is between 4 - 7 working days.
Please do let us know if you are still experiencing a delay in receiving back your deposit so that we can consult with our customer care department immediately.
