Pathetic service!!!!!!
We rented a car from Thrifty car rental twice now, first time at the Cape Town branch where they charged us double (not by mistake) for a baby seat and fought with me about their own terms and conditions. The staff didn't even know their own booking policy. Pathetic! Second time round, we rented a car from them at their PE branch which was pre booked weeks in advance and when we pitch up they don't even have a baby seat available!!! How can you not have a baby seat ready when clearly on the system you can see that we are arriving from Joburg at 13h00 and we pre booked it!!!!???? Pathetic pathetic pathetic! I will never use thrifty car rental again.
