Dont ever use Thrifty car rental. Not only do they not provide you with the car you ordered, and manual instead of auto but then the car has got so much mileage the battery goes flat so we end up not going into the Kruger Park at 7am. We woke up before 6am for this special day but. Your Kruger International airport branch started off polite and pleasant but in the end the manager Taffy had the ordacety to lie, turn stories around and **** me off so much that I threatened him. Not even the customer care manager Ananda at head office was willing to listen to me and do whats best for the company. Client was right and they were wrong. Simple as that. Dont use them cos they operate like Telkom: all ok until you hit a problem.
