Pathetic is an understatement.

On the 10th May 2018 I posted a review of Thrifty advising of my displeasure to which I got this response:

We have been advised Dyanne the Senior Manager has been in contact with you and addressed the matter and discussed your concerns and the matter is now resolved.

Unfortunately , their so called contact with me and so called resloving of the matter has yet again lead to just utter uselessness............... So , I believe in giving 2nd chances and decide to rent a car through Thrifty again, I book the car online at a given rate, so instead of returning the car, I call in to extend the rental period and now get charged a higher rate which hnestly does not make sense especially when the higer rate is not communicated to you the customer and definately does not conform to the Consumer Protection Act. A call was made to Thrifty this morning in order to extend the vehicle again, this time the sales person advised of the rate........to which I advised that they are not to renew the car for today and that I would take this up with Dyanne. 2 minutes later the amount was deducted after expressley being told not to charge for another day.

I honestly believe that you have *********** staff who run around like chickens without heads.

Please ensure that my deposit as well as the daily rate deducted this morning be re-imbersed without delay.
