Pathetic customer service when your holding deposit needs to be returned

I hired a car with them in Jan 2023 and my deposit was supposed to be released last week the latest, as they work on 14 working day turnaround time which on it's own I feel like is a very long time (about 3 weeks after you return car).

I called into their call centre numerous times and apparently the refund department and superviser has been emailed but have not received a response and it's been 3 days already after I had contacted them. Even the superviser has not made an effort to assist or contact me back.
