PATHETIC AND POOR SERVICE

I made car booking at Thrifty car rental at the OR Tambo branch Johannesburg. The name of the was Bongi. I paid rental amount of R2400 via my credit card, then she said the deposit will be paid at the date of collections.

When the day arrived i went to collect the car, i found a gentleman and he said he will have to do ITC on my name and the result score was low according to them and now they not allowed to give me car because of my low score. I asked them why i was not told at the time of booking? They said. They are very sorry for Bongi not tell me but they will never give me a car, I spoke with Cherryn and Stephano ( management team) still told me won't get the car even though i paid rental amount, instead the gonna refund me. And i had to cancel my trip because of that. Now i want a formal apology from them and also would like to tell other clients that Thrifty is a ******* and rotten company, because they did care about my arrangement efforts that i went through because of that stupid policy and if i was told before paying rental amount maybe i would have made other plans to go ahead with my trip.....
