Pathetic and *********** service

It's so exhausting to deal with the staff, they give you the run around and calls are cut off, it's so frustrating. 1st they spent week harrasising us about a car they couldn't trace that we dropped off at the airport , and to date almost two weeks thereafter no one has taken a moment to inform us if they found the car or nit - we had to tell them to contact their own roadside assistance. What a joke!!! To add salt to the wound yesterday they charged just under R2000 to my card and no one can explain the reason for the charge, this after we fiiled the car with fuel AT THE AIRPORT petrol station, less than 1km to their car rental return drop off!!!!
