Pathethic Service from Thrifty O R Tambo International Airport

Never imagined I would experience such a Pathetic service in the hands of a Supervisor at O R Tambo named "Mo" which I presume to be Mohammed. Booked a car online and got confirmation to pick a Mercedes X22OD at 12:50. When I got to the branch, a credit check was done on me & I was told i'm 680 & short with 20points in order to be given the car I was collecting. I made him aware that i had just hired the same car 3months back with no hussles, this did not matter to him & instead told me the system had changed a week ago. I was left stranded at O R Tambo without a car even though a deduction had gone into my account. I was amused by the amount of arrogance from this Mo, how he spoke to fellow co-workers , myself and many others with no regard or whatsover.
