Paid booking, no cars all the time.

This is the second time this car rental is doing this to me book a car and when I get there the is no car.On Christmas Day last year they left me stranded coming from overseas and again today they doing the same thing telling me the is no cars.It’s a norm and you will never get help about this.Money taken off the credit card always and they can’t give you back.
