Overcharged - RA #***

I rented a vehicle with Dollar Thrifty on the 24/11/2017. I returned the vehicle in a good condition. They then deducted R2559.81 on the 05/01/18 from my bank account which I believe was for extra kiloz and fuel.

On the 13/01/18 they deducted the same amount (R2559. 81) and again on the 15/01/18 deducted the same amount (R2559.81) for the third time.

I went to their offices at OR TAMBO AIRPORT. The lady by the name Rowena ( ********** ) promised to look at the matter, resolve and get back to me. Which she never gotten back to me, instead ignoring my calls.

I asked someone to call her on my behalf on the 19/01/18, she then picked up her phone and **** that she's done the reversal for 1 payment and that her secretary will call me for another one. They never called and I haven't received any payment/reversal from them.

I called her today, someone picked up her phone, I left a message for her to call me. I tried to call her back again this afternoon without luck.

Please assist me to get my refund of (R2559.81) X2 and the bank charges of (R155) X2.
