Overcharged.
Got charged for a whole day for dropping rented car in less than an hour!. <br> <br> I just thought that's not fair and thrifty employees that i spoke to are all adamant that's the way it's going to be!.<br> <br> I don't think I will ever patronize such brand ever.<br> <br> Just putting the word out their for potential customers.

Thank you for addressing your concerns with Thrifty Car Rental.
As a car rental company we do only allow a 30 minute grace period for a late return of the vehicle, hence the extra day charged.
