Over payment not REFUNDED

On 03 December 2015, I did a booking for the 6 to 8 January 2016 (ref ***) & paid an amount of R 205.20. During the same period, as my circumstances changed, i did an amended booking from 04 to 08 January 2016 & paid an amount of R 445.99 for the period of 04 to 08 January 2016 & was also advised that the amount paid for the overlapping booking (06 to 08 January 2016) will be REFUNDED to me. Various telephonic & written communications were made & I also provided my diners club statement & as at date, this was not refunded. DBN branch says they have escalated this matter HEAD OFFICE:Dollar Thrifty. I frequently hire my cars from Dollar Thrifty. Please arrange an urgent REFUND.
