Good Day Ms Lavender,
With reference, to the motor vehicle accident that Mr BW Lavender was involved in on or about September 2015,
We have discussed the matter and advise as follows:
Upon Mr BW Lavender signing the Rental Agreement and the Terms and Conditions when he rented the vehicle from Dollar Thrifty Car Rentals, he agreed to being liable for the Liability Waiver Excess and Admin fee in the event of an accident. This is irrespective of a Third Party involvement.
The matter will now be closed on our side and we will not proceed to claim the outstanding damages amount from either the Third Party nor yourself.
We hope the above is in order.
