Over a month waiting for R9500 deposit.
This is my second review on hellopeter in a week since they haven't done anything about my situation.
Still waiting for my R9500 deposit back from Thrifty. Its been over a month since i returned the vehicle. I have called emailed and still nothing.
They have no regard for people during this time. Each morning now I email as im told that they are no longer taking calls. Till this day im still waiting for my refund. I have sent them all my details including my rental agreement number, proof of payment and my account details. And still nothing.
