OR Tambo Thrifty does not follow refund policies... RIDICULOUS

THRIFTY DOES NOT STICK TO THEIR POLICIES. . ABSOLUTELY REDICULOUS AND UNACCEPTABLE.... 4-7 working days deposit refund???? This is totally unacceptable. Its now been two weeks and my wife has still not received her deposit back. Sent through two emails, tried calling a number of times.... Get put on hold for hours on end... left two messages with switchboard for someone to call back, and this never happened. We are moving abroad and needed to close bank accounts etc before we go. But thanks to Thrifty that does not do things as promised, we are massively inconvenienced and this is unacceptable.. I will be waiting for a call from someone senior regarding this matter. Not that I'm hopeful in any way and not that I think this will help as you can never get through to them anyways. We booked through OR Tambo Thrifty. Worst experience ever...
