OR Tambo Branch the worst ever

The OR Tambo branch is the worst in the world , the manager is arrogant and the worst if not pathetic .They wrongfully deducted R4300 from my credit card , when i confronted the frontline staff they acknowledged the mistake and said the manager will call me , 3 days down the line im still waiting for the manager to call me back and tell me when im going to get my money back . Every time i call the branch to ask for the manager ,either she is not in the office or im told she will call me back ,not sure why she is hiding, a bunch of ****** indeed . Customer services hands seem to be tied as they only hear from this terrible OR Tambo branch manager.
