Numerous emails and calls, no feedback!

<p>After an unauthorised amount was deducted off my credit card, I contacted the call centre and advised me that I will be contacted. I have emailed them and contacted them with no feedback. Very disappointing especially if you are a returned. Well, was. Rather make use of the other providers out there. </p>
