Not so Thrifty - Beware of overcharging!

I booked a car to be picked up at Lanseria Airport at 11h15 on 6th Nov, and dropped off the same place on 8th Nov at 19h15 - a 3 day hire by all calculations (mine and theirs).<br> I am checking my credit card statements, and guess what, they have charged for a full extra day (4 days plus insurance). I call and e-mail, and they keep insisting it was handed back on the 9th Nov, a day late. I offer to send my air-ticket and boarding pass proving I was back in Cape Town already by the evening of 9th, so it was impossible for me to have handed it back a day \late". 2 weeks and 19 e-mails later"
