Not refunding my holding deposit after 7 months! What do you call that?

Worst service ever, they are a *****. I have been waiting for my holding deposit for a whole 7 months with no luck. You call and spend time holding & when you eventually speak to someone empty promises are made. I want my money & I will not rest. You guys are disgusting!!!
