Not paid my deposit!!

I returned the car on the 6th of March and it is day 14 now and my deposit still has not been paid. I have made this query with thrifty and the consultant said the matter will be escalated, I am still waiting for my deposit. Everytime you guys need to pay me back my deposit, it is an issue!
