None payment of my R6K deposit

I hired a polo in Cape Town on 05 February 2022 and returned it on 12 February 2022. To my humble surprise I have never been refunded my deposit back. I once enquirered from a consultant in East London and I was told a very long pathetic story. This is nothing but abuse 🙆🏿🥲🤦🏿♀️🤷🏿♀️🙆🏿♀️
