Non release of deposit.

Most useless retail company in SA. They are unorganized and never have the vehicle you booked ready when you arrive. I believe now they are starting a new **** where they keep your deposit and release it for over a month. I have phoned multiple occasions and have been promised but nothing has happened to date. I'm sure they are getting interest from all these deposits not released. This needs to be investigated. The common lie they tell you is that they are having a problem with their bank. AVOID DOLLAR THRIFTY IF YOU CAN. There's a reason why their rates are so low. The service is even lower.
