No return of depost after approval of rrefund 15 days prior.

I rented a car from this company, the deposit was processed for payment and approved on 6 December 2021. Today is 21 December 2021 and it is still not reflecting. I have spoken to 2 people in the call centre about it, and was promised action. I was even told that it would be in my account yesterday. well, nothing...... I have alos asked for a manager to call me but as usual, call centre managers are not available, and they never return calls. It really is poor form by Dollar Thrifty. Poor
