No return of deposit

I returned a car on 2021-11-27. They have a deposit refund policy of 14 working days.(which in itself is extreme because they assess the same day on which you return it). To date I have not received my refund despite following up and having been promised that it has been escalated. This is very poor - and in breach of their own contract! 1-star rating is 1 star to high!
