No repayment of deposit

<p>Hired a quantum 10 seater 30 November 2016, returned the vehicle 9 December 2016. When we booked the vehicle we requested extra windscreen and tyre cover. We had a windscreen crack and on return they informed us we never requested the extra cover. We were told that they would deduct the amount from our deposit. </p> <p> </p> <p> I should have received money back after even after the deductions from our deposit and to date we have received nothing. I called them twice since then both times I was informed they would check and let me know, they never did. </p>
